About the blends
What are ORO SERENO essential oil blends?
Collection 01 is a set of roll-ons handcrafted in small batches in Malaysia: VENTURA 迎光 for fortune, REPOSO 入静 for sleep, ALBA 朝生 for vitality, FULGOR 自华 for women, RESPIRO 清息 for breath, and NÁCAR 养甲 for nail care. Each is refined until it meets one measure: the Oro Standard.
Are they 100% natural essential oils?
Yes, with one honest footnote. The fragrance blends are 100% natural essential oil compositions, with no synthetic fragrance and no fillers. NÁCAR is a nail and cuticle oil, so it carries its essential oils on a jojoba, argan and vitamin E base rather than being essential oil alone.
Are they safe to use on skin?
Our roll-ons are cosmetic products for external, aromatic use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. As with any essential oil, patch-test first, keep away from the eyes, and consult a professional if you are pregnant or have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
How do I use a roll-on?
Roll onto your pulse points — wrists, the base of the neck, behind the ears — then take three slow breaths and set your intention. Reapply through the day whenever you need it.
Can I use more than one blend?
Yes. Many people wear ALBA 朝生 in the morning and REPOSO 入静 at night. Choose by intention rather than by scent alone.
Orders and delivery
What does delivery cost?
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 8 flat rate
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM 25 flat rate
International: DHL Express at your destination's zone rate, from RM 90
The rate is per order, not per bottle, and there is no free-shipping threshold. Full details are on our shipping policy.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within two working days from Kuala Lumpur. Peninsular Malaysia typically arrives within 2 to 5 working days; Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan may take a little longer. International transit times depend on the destination zone.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive DHL tracking details by email once your order ships.
What arrives in the box?
Every order is packed the same way: one 150 × 150 × 30 mm rigid box holding a 10 ml roll-on and an 80 × 120 mm drawstring pouch. The Power Kit ships in its own box holding three 4 ml roll-ons. There is no separate gift option to select — every order is gift-ready.
Returns
What is your return policy?
For hygiene and the nature of essential-oil products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. Please choose your blend with care.
What if my bottle arrives broken?
We will replace it at no cost. Email hello@orosereno.com.my within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged bottle, and we will ship a replacement straight away. This is the one exception to all sales being final. See our return and refund policy.
