Each Oro Sereno blend is a personal, intimate ritual product, so please choose yours with care. All sales are final.

For hygiene and the nature of essential-oil products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been sold and delivered.

Broken on arrival, and we will replace it

The one exception: if your glass bottle arrives broken or damaged, we will send you a new one at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@orosereno.com.my within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged bottle, and we will ship a replacement straight away.
