ORO SERENO is an online store, shipping from Kuala Lumpur. DHL is our shipping partner for every order, in Malaysia and worldwide.
Within Malaysia
A single flat rate of RM 8 per order to anywhere in Malaysia, both West Malaysia (Peninsular) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), carried by DHL eCommerce. There is no free-shipping threshold and no East Malaysia surcharge.
International
Worldwide delivery with DHL Express, charged at the DHL zone rate for your destination. Every order is quoted at a 1 kg chargeable weight, which covers a single boxed set:

Rates are DHL Express zone rates at 1 kg and exclude the prevailing DHL fuel surcharge. Import duties and local taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient on delivery. DHL revises its rates annually on 1 January; the table is updated when it does. If your destination is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the zone.
What ships
Every order is packed the same way: one 150 × 150 × 30 mm rigid box holding a 10 ml roll-on and a 90 × 130 mm drawstring pouch. The Sample Pack ships in its own box holding three 4 ml roll-ons. Multiple-bottle and bulk orders are quoted before dispatch.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders are dispatched within two working days. West Malaysia typically arrives within 2 to 5 working days; East Malaysia may take a little longer. International transit times depend on the destination zone. You will receive DHL tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
