Which blend should I start with?
Choose by the intention, not by the scent. Pick the moment in your day that you would most like to change — falling asleep, starting the morning, the pause before something that matters — and start there. Scent preference matters less than you expect, because you will adjust to a scent you wear daily within a week.

Can I choose which three?
Not currently. The trio is fixed, because those three are the ones made in 4 ml.
How long should I give one before deciding?
Two weeks of the same timing. Most of the effect comes from repetition, so a few scattered uses will not tell you much.
